Violence against women is a human rights concern that affects millions of women around the world in developed and developing nations alike every day. Women are especially vulnerable to physical and sexual abuse, often because their social circumstances enable or excuse such violence. Violence against women occurs both in families and intimate relationships and in public. It crosses social, cultural, and religious barriers, meaning violence can occur anywhere.
It is time we stop and let women be free. Let Women Taste the freedom and know that not only does this affect women greatly, but it affects the children also as the same. When a child sees that his father hits their mother, that child will think it is right to do that. So when he grows up most likely he will the same and it will go on and on and violence will never stop. In Egypt, There are many things that make a women’s life terrible, such as female genital mutilation. FGM is a social custom, not a religious practice in Egypt as it is in other countries around the world, like northern Africa. It is usually performed on young girls, often without anesthetic or precautions against infection. In those countries where the mutilation is common, it is practiced by Muslims, Christians, and followers of other religious groups.
That is why the best solution to countries that have a lot of violence against women is that we build an organization that help the women, try to stop violence against women. Encourage women to speak up if they are being mistreated in any way or do not feel safe. Telling women from where they live that speaking up is nothing to be ashamed of at all. That speaking up is something that should be done not only to bring justice, but to save those who can be hurt by that same guy. This can be a great influence on women, for example if only one woman speaks up, other women will realize that speaking up is a good thing. And also having a shelter for those women who have no place to live or are scared of their husband or family members.
We think this is the best solution because women won’t be hurt, women should be heard. We should put more concern on this topic because since in Egypt there is complete KO’s; women are being treated more badly than before. With this solution it might not stop violence, but saving one woman can be a difference and influence a thousand.
